Hey guys!

...

I wanted to formally thank you guys for everything in the last few months I've been going to Teabag - for all the gig opportunities, the dating games, the amplifieds, and all the musical support. Really, I wouldn't be the performer that I am if I wasn't given all those opportunities by people like you. I don't intend this to be cheesy - just giving credit where it's due. In short, you guys are getting thanks in the album liners. LoL. And yes, I am currently working on an album (a real deal album - wouldja look at that!)
...

all the best for you guys. Keep up your great work.
Crescendos,

~ Alfa

Just want to thank you again for a really great time last night at the Teabag open mic, for putting us on the bill and for being so accommodating. As a performer it was incredible fun. The audience was attentive and supportive. And I can't remember when I've had so much fun as an audience member at an open mic. Comedians that were actually funny and great, inspiring musical talent. The overall vibe is just so nice, upbeat, encouraging and friendly. We've played a zillion open mics and this one was really a standout. We even got to take part in a birthday party with birthday cake served all around! We can't wait to get back to the Teabag open mic!

Holy s**t! I am so totally in love with TEABAG(ing?) Will you marry me? Can I have your babies? Seriously though - I've been doing this music thing in and around NYC for four + years and in that time I've done plenty of shows and hit plenty of open mics. But NEVER have I seen a crowd and crew as good as the one tonight. I'm proud to have been de-virginized by the TEABAG experience. NYC's truly lucky to have you as our own! Congrats on your one year anniversary! And I'm expecting to be able to offer many more annual congrats- you've got something truly special going on. Keep up the good work! (^_^)

I love Teabag Open Mic! The first time I went, I thought everybody would hate me because I'm not cool and Asian. But not true! Everybody is very accepting and supportive!

I like the diversity of the audience and performers. Black teenagers who sing Japanese anime songs... flaming gay Chinese step dancers... Jewish comedians in baggy jeans... Teabag has it all! Even regular white people! (Okay, nobody who goes to Teabag is really "regular". Everybody is a little "different" and very cool because they are looking for something outside the mainstream everyday stuff. Where else can you see a black man with a gold tooth and a cowboy hat sing funny country songs?)

After going to Teabag I've learned the following things about Asian people:

* some of them are very funny
* some of them are very talented musicians and singers
* some of them are really hot
* some of them hate karaoke
* all of them love taking pictures

I love the place. It is very comfortable and so much fun! I would definitely feel safe taking my sister there. If I had a sister. Or my mother. If my mother loved me.

Keep up the great work!
